At the Otter Tail County Genealogical Society's April 19, 2004 meeting $1,000 from their general fund was approved to be given to the Historical Society for the purchase of newspaper on microfilm. The Historical Society accepts memorials and other donations designated for microfilm and will add those gifts to the Genealogical Society's to purchase the following reels of microfilm.
